Sheraton Jiuzhaigou Resort

we had a fantastic weekend visiting this national park despite it being the middle of winter and off peak season. the hotel was very nice, great service, clean, large heated rooms and great food in the restaurants. We did a lot of research on hotels in the area before choosing this hotel and although it is quite pricey for China standards you really get your value for money. breakfast was worth the extra few dollars as there arent many eating options up in the mountains

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the JiuZhaiGou national park entrance. Service was ok. I speak Mandarin so it helped a lot. The staff spoke some English but it was easier and quicker to get the message across in Mandarin. Even in Mandarin, the staff did not always get our food orders right. There were 8 of us and it seemed strange to them that we would actually want 2 orders of chicken nuggets and 2 burgers and 3 Asahi beers. The idea of same/repeated orders seemed to throw them off. However they did try their very best. There is a good deal called the SPG (Starwood Preferred guest) for children at Yuan 60 per day per child where children get to eat as much as they like from the children's menu. Not all staff were briefed on this new promotion and we received conflicting treatment from the Chinese and western restaurants so it took a loooong time sorting out the bill after each meal. Apart from the restaurants, we did not have time to use the other facilities. Food was mediocre - not exactly 5 star standard but we were there for the national park I guess. We stayed at cheaper Chinese hotels with cheaper and better breakfasts and buffet dinners at other parts of China. Woudl stay here again.

酒店很不错，就是去沟口还要打的10元，走路的话也试了， 真的有点远，酒店的早餐188元一位，太贵了，可惜我们还没能赶上吃早餐。房间很干净，感觉被子太厚了，有点热，枕头太高了，睡不习惯。比起我后来在川主寺开的川主国际饭店要好100倍啊，可惜川主寺那边携程订不到酒店。

卫生间太小，房间地毯、设施显得陈旧，档次不高，与其它喜来登酒店相比，硬件设施相差甚远。酒店服务态度尚可。

在九寨沟喜来登国际大酒店住了三个晚上，总体说来酒店的条件不如大城市的5星，但对提出的问题，都及时给予解决，服务态度已经达到了5星标准。美中不足的是网络环境，速度很慢，而且有间断，希望能够有所改善。

位置很好，离沟口近，步行没多远可到达沟口，服务态度好，管理好，早餐好吃。唯一不足是装修有点旧。

大堂倒是很富丽堂皇，但一到房间你就会很失望，装修陈旧，灯光压抑，卫生间超小，连小孩拖鞋也没有，枕头和床都不是太舒服。早餐相比糟糕的房间还算好些，品种质量在九寨沟沟口应该是最好的了。优点就是离沟口近，出行方便。
