People in the hotel are very niceone bad comment is about the breakfirst... chinese one... not really for foreigner.. coffe... horrible..

山东师范大学的对外接待中心，房间整洁卫生，服务礼貌周到。前有千佛山，后有山师校园，环境幽美安静，视野宽阔，人文环境很好。

酒店总体不错，服务也比较到位。但是靠马路的房间比较吵。房间里没有地巾，洗澡时可能会导致水撒到卫生间，比较麻烦。以后还会入住。

住的还可以,就住了一晚上,开始预定晚上7点 到，结果有事耽误了，打电话要12点之后才能过去，服务员还能热情，一直给留着房间，夜里12点半过去后很快就办好了入住，房间也干净，很好

总体感觉不错，卫生不错，早餐好，交通便利。
服务只给4星的原因
早上七点需要打车赶高铁，酒店回复司机交接班期间无法叫——说明常规服务可以，遇到个性化需求应变不够，所以只能打4星!其他均可:)
服务更上新台阶
这一次入住得到了客房部提供的果盘，很欣慰，好像找到了开业时的感觉，前台服务还是那么温馨，值得推荐入住
