Wenhuayuan Hotel Jiaxing

We stayed here for one night on a weekend. The location is very good; it is very close to Moon River (yue he jie) and a short taxi ride from South Lake (Nan Hu). It was very easy to find also, which was great, because my Chinese is very poor and I often struggle with asking directions.
The room was comfortable, clean and had a great bathroom. My only complaint is our room was close to the main aircon unit, so it was quite noisy in the early morning.

酒店设施陈旧，不像三星标准，卫生还尚可。前台服务员面无表情，服务质量有待改进！

环境好，风景不错，设施也可，美中不足处，淋浴室水向外溢，差点滑像

设施陈旧，价格便宜。不过靠近市中心，出行方便。挨着南湖和火车站，空气比较好。可能空气好的不仅是这个酒店，整个嘉兴的空气都应该好吧。酒店的服务还可以，感觉携程的服务却越来越差了。明明预定成功的酒店，携程竟然告诉我电话没有联系到酒店。

設施還好，進酒店後沒人告知空調是壞的，真不知道酒店工作人員幹嘛吃的。氣憤

虽然是老三星酒店，设施比较旧，但服务不错，房间比较大，就在南湖的边上，风景挺好。

从房间往下看可以看到南湖的风景，早上早点还可以看到日出。靠近火车站，不时有火车声响，但不影响睡眠。房间不太隔音。总体来说挺好的。

这个酒店位置不错，外面看起来挺大气的，挺干净的！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

价格便宜但设施太破，最不能接受的是没有早餐，不能理解，这是我在携程订的最差的酒店。

近期这家酒店住的频率较高，整体还不错

不过由于是老牌子的酒店，部分硬件设备跟不上了，建议改善
