Arrived there at 22.00 pm, ask for room service, which they say is from 7.00 to 23.00, but they had nothing! Mini-Bar was emptySheets also dirtyAnd finally the "lake view" room is not looking on the lake but on the building on the back of the hotel!

还是不错的，酒店比较安静，房间比较旧，早餐和晚餐没地方吃，而且服务也比以前差了！房间有点小，其他还可以！

酒店整体素质非常高，服务热情周到，设施干净整洁，环境安静美观，是一家性价比较高的酒店。为每次到惠州的必选酒店！

酒店的唯一亮点就是位置很好，面对着西湖，风景不错，而且也很安静，就是吃饭不方便，傍边没有什么饭店。卫生一般，地毯和座椅很脏，还好床单什么还行，另外楼道很暗，让人感觉不爽。

旁边就是凌湖，安静优美，酒店门口还有沿湖的露天啤酒，非常惬意。房间精致，虽是老酒店，但设施都很新。
