Huangshan Pine Ridge Lodge

We stayed one night in this Hotel and found the staff very helpful. We could leave our bags while climbing the mountains, they took us to the busstation and also booked us bus tickets to Hangzhou. Very nice and helpful people. I would recommend staying there.

Nice location in an former school house at the end of Tangkouzhen close to the south gate of Huangshan
Close to the river and nice view to forrest and mountains. Due to big construction at the river with parking and new bridge view a little disturbed; but is seems that they are finishing soon and are doing very nice landscaping. The rooms are renovated. Special desing of the bathroom will flood all floor when taking a shower. At night very quiet.
Staff extremely friendly. The owner is there usually at the weekend and speeks excellent english. Arranged pick up drop at bus stop. Gave good advise for hiking and organized mini bus to do a tour.
They have also a small restaurant and did me fried rice with chicken but no bones (!) on special request.
Comming from Hangzhou I stayed over nicht at Tunxi and than took a bus in the morning; but there are also buses going directly.

Had a 3 days stay there. The bridge leading to the lodge is currently undergoing construction so you may need to call them to pick you up for the first time. I had a great stay there though, the staff are magnificently helpful & friendly.

However, I was staying at the second building thus my China Unicomm has no reception & is out of their wi-fi range. Overall, I highly enjoyed my stay there.

The Pine Ridge Lodge is located right next to the South Entrance to Huangshan. The owner is a Chinese-American, meaning he speaks English. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He arranged a driver to pick-us up from the airport (190 Yuan) and helped us plan our trip to Huangshan with very good recommendations. The small restaurant attached to the hotel has great local food. The rooms are not to fancy but ok. There is big construction site near the hotel right now. But the noise was not so bad at night. When the construction is finished the Tourist Service Center will be right next to the Pine Ridge Lodge.

名副其实，正是一处很幽静的住所。房间干净，服务也不错。我们计划从黄山坐长途车去杭州，经理还帮着定了车票。好感动呀！

环境幽静，适合休息放松，房间大小也可以；旁边的农家乐菜味道不错，价格能接受；老板和工作人员很亲切、热情，能提供出游必要的服务，感觉很方便

黄山南大门旁边,树林丛中,幽静简约.服务热情周到,免费提供上山拐杖.饭菜可口且不算贵.需要改进的是卫生间设施.

用导航很顺利地就到达了酒店,离黄山南入口很近.酒店有自己的一个农庄,做的野味很不错,价格很合适,所有人员的服务态度都很好.酒店还提供地图,并详细地向我们推荐游玩路线.

酒店虽小，但人员热情，尤其是得天独厚的自然环境让人乐在其中。小餐馆的味道不错，住了二晩吃了三餐。自驾游更佳，停车很方便。
