Newly refurbished in 2008, Yuyang Hotel (Yuyang Fandian) is situated by the Liangma River in eastern Beijing. It is about ten km away from downtown Beijing and the railway station, 24 km from the Capital Airport and near the Beijing Lufthansa Shopping Center, the International Exhibition Center, the China World Trade Center and the Embassy area.

This four-star hotel has 345 rooms ranging from suites to standard rooms with two executive floors and a business floor. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, mini bar, refrigerator and IDD telephone.

The executive floors also provide various business services like concierge service, currency exchange, baggage storage, 24-hour room service, safety, photo developing, post office, baby-sitting, gift shop and travel agency. The business center provides a full range of services, including typing, photocopying, fax, telex, cable, and courier delivery. For further business facilities the conference rooms are suitable for small meetings, seminars and interviews.
