The Palm Beach Resort & Spa is located on the 15-kilometer long beach of Sanya Bay on the west side of Sanya city, eight kilometers from the city center and only five kilometers from the airport.

The hotel provides more than 350 guestrooms within the hotel ranging from standard rooms to deluxe suites. There are also several villas and an elegantly decorated Presidential Villa for extra-special occasions. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access, mini bars, safety deposit boxes, IDD/DDD and 24 hour room service.

The hotel has five conference halls, the largest seating up to 350 guests, equipped with up-to-date audio visual system and simultaneous translation system for six languages. There is also a ticket reservation service and a business center with VDSL internet connection and full secretarial services.

The Old Fisherman's Palace serves Cantonese cuisine, seafood and Hainan specialties. The Coconut Groves provide BBQ, buffets and hotpot. There are also several bars located near the pool and the beach.

For recreation, there is a bowling alley, tennis courts, snooker, beach volleyball, water sports, a children's playground, two outdoor pools set among villas and a year around hot spring jacuzzi.
