The Bamboo Grove Hotel (Zhuhui binguan) is renowned for its traditional Suzhou architectural elements and modern living comforts. The hotel is located in the southeast of the city, which is close to all major tourist attractions and gardens. The hotel is near the China-Singapore Industrial Park and only a fifteen minute drive from the railway station. A good public bus service links the hotel to many of the major tourist attractions.

There is a garden and a small lake in the hotel complex and 356 superbly styled rooms. The hotel also provide a fully computerized business center with internet access and meeting rooms.

In the hotel there are four restaurants serving authentic Asian and Western cuisines. The hotel bar, the Silk Road Junction, regularly puts on live entertainment.
