very nice hotel, good location, and nice rooms. food was great, will come back again.

All was perfect, except an extra bed option noted in the order comments. Up to deeply night at the check-in date it was not arranged yet and it demanded several phone-calls on the reception. All the rest was really fine and no doubt this hotel could be pointed as a reference for those who apply to stay in the Kowloon downtown: attentive staff, quality of the room service and the restaurants variety (with 4 of them pointed by Michelin range). The outdoor facilities (roof-on swimmimg pool and the gym aside) are also great!

Very impressed with this hotel. This was my second visit on business and even on my second visit the concierge remembered me. I highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, comfort, and very friendly staff. And of course great location. The views of Hong Kong Island are impressive from the hotel. That being said, the rooms in the higher levels of the hotel have better views and are quieter, so try to get a room as high as you can. Executive floors are the best if you can afford the upgrade.

Don't bother eating at the hotel, I think the location is good, but I think the food was too expensive. So have your meals elsewhere.

The rooftop pool is fantastic though. Really enjoyed it. Our room was nice, the bathroom was a little on the rundown side. It's what you would expect of a good hotel though.

Most of the rooms have harbor views, which is especially nice if it's your first time to Hong Kong. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to catch the Star Ferry and MTR.

The breakfast buffet ends at 10:30 am sharp. Our breakfast was included in the price of our room, but when we arrived at 10:30am, they would not serve us, because they said breakfast was over. That was a bit frustrating.

The other thing we found annoying is that they overcharged us when we paid the bill, so check your bill carefully. When we pointed out that we were overcharged on the bill, the staff were very apologetic and changed it immediately, but if we hadn't noticed...

The inside of the hotel is much nicer than the outside, which looks a bit like an office building. Loved the massive swimming pool. Great for doing laps. The hotel is where you want to be in Hong Kong as a tourist and it's close to everything that you need.

My room overlooked the harbor. The hotel's interior is nice. Room was huge, bed comfy. Slept like baby. Starbucks across the street from the hotel and lots of shops and bars just there. Subway is about a seven minute walk away. Yup, I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very centralized location with excellent services and restaurants. It is not as spectacular as top five star hotels such as Grant Hyatt, Mandarin Orient HK, Penisula etc., but you also pay significantly less. Highly recommended!
