Inner Mongolia Hotel

My first stay in this hotel. Here I got free airport pickup service, quite convenient. This hotel features local decoration. The lobby manager is very nice and gave me introductions in great details.
Clean room. The special tea deserves my strong recommendation and tastes quite good. A pity is that there was no such tea on sale. Luckily, I receive a can of free tea.
In a word, this hotel deserves its name. I cannot wait for my second stay in this hotel.

The hotel is great. They picked us up at the airport and check in was processed while we were on the way to the hotel. We went directly to the room after arriving. When we entered our room and found that housekeeping had already made tea for us, gave us a very warm feeling that they would go to such lengths to make us comfortable.

The layout of the hotel is good and tea is available everywhere in the lobby for guests' convenience, very considerate. I've never experienced better service elsewhere.

Room facilities are not very new but still functional. Toiletries are also of good quality. One negative is that water supply was cut off at 9 pm. We called the reception and was told that the water pipe was under repair. They should have changed rooms for us earlier. The Duty Manager was nice. He apologized to us and gave us a jar of local tea to compensate.

On the whole, a satisfying hotel.

2. Wonderful swimming pool!! I went swimming twice though I only stayed a single night here.
3. Duty manager was very nice and responsive.

酒店的服务很好，免费接机服务很方便，在接机的车上就把入住手续办妥，非常周到。酒店设施稍旧，最近几次都在装修，环境稍差，但据说近期装修就全部结束了，值得期待。

服务意识很好。订的是豪华房，房间偏小，感觉达不到五星级的标准。退房很迅速。

酒店房间刚装修完，房间比较有民族特点，感觉精致有特点。非常遗憾酒店大堂正在装修，去房间比较绕。

周围正在装修，所以大环境不好，酒店总体水平很不错，服务也很好，性价比不错，下次来内蒙古还会入住！

硬件设施不错，环境好，卫生好，服务好，下次还会过来住。印象较深的还是大堂经理，免费送了早餐，第一次选择这个酒店，没有让我失望，同事也说很好。
