Stayed here a couple times in the past year and both times on the executive floor.
Fast and efficient check in and helpful, friendly staff. Even when I showed up late as the executive floor lounge was closing up, staff took the time to get us set up and held the lounge open so we could get something to drink and have some snacks.
First time there I had a problem with my shower--very low water pressure--and they moved me immediately to a room with an excellent shower. The really great was on my next visit when the manager recognized me and promised me I'd have no problems with water pressure and thanked me for helping them improve their hotel by pointing out the other shower, which he said they fixed
Rooms are and big with good desks and roomy bathrooms
Food was of good quality and the executive breakfast was varied and, on the whole, delicious.
It's a newish hotel so they're still working out a few kinks but for my money it's definitely THE place to stay in Hohhot. |
