We really needed somewhere to relax and unwind. We booked the three Bedroom Bali villa and were not disappointed. We stayed for two nights which is really the bare minimum you want to go for... this way you have a full day to enjoy at the resort.
We noted on Ctrip that we would arrive between noon and 3pm... however, upon arriving at 3pm, the rooms had still not been prepared for us and the cleaning staff were nowhere in sight.
The rooms were very nice and clean for the most part. I'm surprised that there were a few minor glaring details... for example it looked like they've never cleaned the glass shower doors ever! However everything else was so nice that some of these minor details didn't matter too much.
Having the private hot spring in each room was a really nice addition. The walls are high surrounding your private hot spring, perhaps to provide a clothing optional environment! ;). One of the couples who came with us never used their hot spring even once... but we found it to be very useful... Particularly on the last day when we didn't want to waste time walking over to the public hot-spring area and worry about making our noon-time checkout.
The public hot spring area is also very nice and there are a variety of hot springs you can enjoy. The water is all naturally pumped from an underwater hot-spring, but they add these giant teabag like things to some of them with mint, Chinese medicines and a variety of other options.
The breakfast buffet is better than a typical hotel buffet breakfast with a decent variety of mostly Chinese foods. We had dinner at the on site restaurant. For 5 adults and one child the bill came up to about 450rmb.
Note that Ctrip says the Three Bedroom Bali Villa comes with 6 breakfasts and 4 hot-spring coupons for unlimited entry into the public hotsprings... You do in fact get 6 hot-spring coupons which are associated with your room cards.
All-in-all, it's a great place to relax. We will return.
