Gfour Holiday Hotel

Great hotel in a central location just a block off the main shopping street and a 10 minute walk to St. Sophia. Comfortable rooms and a nice Chinese breakfast on the second floor each morning.

Cet hôtel a deux avantages, être bien placé (proche de la rue Zhongyang, du Songhuajiang, du parc Zhaolin...), un service du personnel à l'écoute (problèmes réglés au téléphone ou en chambre), mais son quatre étoiles est archi loin d'être mérité, chambre minuscule, sombre, surchauffée (obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit alors qu'il fait -25°C dehors ! ), chambre nettoyée à la va vite, et surtout pour le prix, on s'attend à nettement mieux...

+ location is exactly at the center....
- room very smelly
- was on the toilet... not enough paper
- Breakfast from 7-9, however after 8:45 no food there anymore, the stuff refused even after hard discussion to bring and still wanted to charge.. food soso, finally at least didn had to pay for the additional person
- At checkout reception was not able to do an invoice... hopefully we get it send per postal service

Alltogether:
regarding that we spend 558RMB per night it was the worst monay/value experience.

Hotel with a nice location. Close to shopping areas and street with lot of shop. Walking distance to river where you can take a boat to sun island

I am extremely happy I decided to go with the Holiday Inn when I went to Harbin in January. First off, it is located right across the street from the walking street, Zhongyang Dajie, and just a short walk to St. Sofia Church, which is worth a visit.

Second, the room was VERY warm. So warm in fact that we slept with the window open and the AC on when it was absolutely freezing outside.

And most importantly, the staff (esp the doormen) were wonderful. I had arranged a car with a local Harbin tour group to take my mother and I around to the festivals and tiger park, and when it showed up we were completely unsatisfied. We went back into the hotel and asked for some help figuring it out, and within about 30 minutes, we had a cute sedan with fur lined seats, a lovely young tour guide, and a smoke-free driver waiting for us outside ready to take us wherever we wanted to do at about half the price!

Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone heading to Harbin. Oh, breakfast is also pretty good I must say.

Perfectly located near the central street Zhongyang Dajie and walking distance to Zhaolin Park (and one of the ice festivals), Sofia church, etc, I don't think this hotel could be bettered.

Room was always clean, with friendly fuwuyuan, and always warm! From the moment you enter the hotel it's a pleasure to stay.

Great Location ! Closed to Zhongyang Street, 5 minutes walk to one of the Ice festival (we went to Disney Ice festival on 5 January 2010), 10 minutes walk Stalin Park, 20 minutes walk to St. Sophia Cathedral, great great location.....

The hotel staffs were really helpful, they help us to arrange our one day tour, some can speak English too.

Room was very clean and very warm, even you can just wear your underwear in the room watching snow falling outside...

This is the best hotel, with people with tight budget but want to have a great value.

I have just had a two week holiday in Harbin, I stayed at Gfour holiday hotel. This hotel I am sure is one of the very best you could find in Harbin.The room was VERY warm at all times, (Believe me I needed this warmth after being outdoors in Harbin in November) The room was very clean as it was Cleaned each day,Very modern and very comfortable. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone whatever their reason for going to Harbin...I once stayed at one of the top hotels in London at ￡100.00 per night...Compared to the Gfour holiday hotel in Harbin the London hotel was terrible.

欧式风格建筑，酒店硬件也很好，地理位置不错，关键是早餐很好。至少是在这个价位我个人认为超过了预期。

房间还可以，就在中央大街，方便游玩和吃饭。大堂服务员挺好，还给叫车。
