Shangri-La Hotel Harbin

I've stayed at four Shangri-La hotels in China now, and Harbin's is as good as any, plus it's right across the river from the annual Ice Festival--a big plus, as you can see a lot of sculptures from the hotel, and at night it's especially impressive. I was there late December as they were setting up and testing, and intend to come back in January for the real deal. Amazing!

Anyway, hotel is clean, efficient, very good restaurants, friendly staff, modern facilities and all around good quality. Not as luxurious as other Shangri-La hotels I've been in, perhaps, but for Harbin it's tops. Highly recommended.

酒店服务很好，方便。就是哈尔滨打车难。出行如果不包车，很有可能回程打不到车。酒店周围有好几家好餐厅，问问大堂人员就知道了。

酒店装修豪华，服务热情，到位，预订部提前一天还打电话确认入住细节，房间整洁，干净，舒适豪华，入住客人非常满意。

哈尔滨星级酒店屈指可数，价格也都不菲，好在酒店还是不错的，卫生情况良好，服务热情，周边很方便

酒店的地理位置很好使出行很方便，服务很好，房间很亮。服务人员的素质也较高。早餐也不错很适合旅游或商务人士的需要

酒店地理位置很好，出行交通便利，酒店软硬件都不错，装修舒适，豪华，服务亲切，到位。

。。。。。。性价比不高，服务和价格不对等。房间也小了点，地理位置还是要偏离行政区。

香格里拉酒店的服务一向都还不错，这个酒店临江，所以环境还蛮好的。但是装修设施及设备相对较为陈旧一些。

服务很周到，房间干净整洁。服务人员的素质也较高，酒店的地理位置使出行很方便。晚上可以欣赏到江景，是种不错的享受。
