Hangzhou Sunny Hotel

Very good location for the business and lake scenes in Hangzhou, easily accessible by public transport and very helpful staff

Great hotel with all necessary commodities. 30 min walk from lake and train station but is located in a good street. Clean and comfortable room with free internet access. I recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The Sunny is a fine hotel with clean, well-appointed rooms and decent service. It is also in town and we walked in the evenings. A good location for touring the fascinating Hangzhou.

The Hangzhou Sunny Hotel is conveniently located, a 8 minute walk takes you to the West Lake on Nanshan Lu. Here you can turn left to go to the bar street and some scenic spots or turn right to go downtown with a good choice of restaurants.

What is outstanding with this hotel is its staff: Everybody is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the town. Not everyone speaks English but they always find a colleague and you get help quickly. The business center is efficient and breakfast buffet is reasonably fine for a Westerner (fresh fruits, toasts, jam, etc. available).

I highly recommend this hotel for its friendliness. Room size is ok and elevators fast.

酒店地理位置较好，交通方便，离火车站很近，房间设施一般，服务一般！！！！！

停车不太方便，总台服务员不够热情，客房服务员服务不错，9：30去用早餐，吃的东西已经不多了！

出差到此，位置，服务都可以的，设施一般，下次还会再住，价格适中的，我推荐一下吧，希望再上台阶

酒店地理位置不错，靠近西湖商圈，停车位不足，到了没有地方停车，只有先出去办事，回来只在很边缘的地方有位置停车，房间小了，设施陈旧，电脑很时尚，房间免费升级贴心。

说是四星级的，但是设施太过陈旧了吧，与门面价600多元不符吧。门面看上去很气派，结果里面的房间给人感觉200左右的价值。
