Near by xifu area, the room is beautiful and cute!! it's very reasonable hotel!

how uncomfortable to stay in the room which carpet is both old and dirty ! awful ! in the corridor area, the carpet is nice and clean, but when you enter the room, the carpet is really a big bummer. bathroom also has mold in some wet areas, cleanliness is really an issue here.
location is just OK, not by the lake though, it is in the middle of busy street across from loud and noisy shopping mall. walking distance to the lake about 10 minutes. if you want to have a peaceful holiday this is not the place to stay.

This is one of the best you can get for the price and size and location and service. I am extremely satisfied with my stay there and wished i had moved to this hotel earlier as i stayed at New Xin Dong Po Hotel prior to this and i felt i was badly ripped off for what i am getting at NXDP Hotel. The rooms here are big and well equipped and almost have the price of NXDP Hotel but the feel of staying in a Posh Hotel is Double of that. I was very glad i found this place by chance on CTrip and i will definitely be back here again and i highly recommend this hotel to all... Enjoy your stay here guys. Cheers.

Good location, next to West Lake and Carrefour supermarket. I was upgraded to suite room which was nice, big and comfortable, the only problem was that it was very dark (few lighting and just one small windows in the bedrooom). The main concern is that breakfast was non included

Beautiful entrance and lobby for the hotel price. Location is about as good as you can get for Hangzhou without spending over 1000 RMB at the high ends hotel, only a 5 minute walk to Xihu. The only downside to this hotel is the floors/carpet in the rooms, they could use a good shampooing. Other than that this hotel is in great location and quality for the price that it asks for, I will stay here again.

去杭州出差每次都是住这里,很喜欢,非常干净,房间很大,床也很大,价格实惠,不过早餐很一般,东西也不多

酒店位置比较好，而且服务也算一流，房间宽敞，功能区分明，房内设施比较新，适合商务入住，唯一欠缺的就是无早，有点不便。

酒店还不错，离西湖跟吴山广场都只是步行5分钟就可以到，房间也很舒服，家里人都很满意，下次还会入住的！

酒店就在西湖银泰正对面，离西湖也很近。
酒店内部不错，房间很干净，一应俱全，服务也很好。
但是近期门口在施工，过马路不方便，下雨天不方便。但瑕不掩瑜。下次还会选择入住的。
