Hyatt Regency Hangzhou

This hotel is right across a street from West Lake, with great views of the lake, and 10-15 walk to the Xin Tiandi area. There are plenty of western eating options located within walking distance.

The room was clean, and nicely decorated (nothing special, but nice). The big problem for me is the cost, the room rate is way to high, especially for Hangzhou, and it does not even include breakfast which is also expensive.

The staff was mostly friendly and attendive. (They arrange e.g. train tickets very conveniently, for a small fee.). However, the language skills of the service staff were far from perfect. For a simple question of "when does the dinner buffet start" was answered "Thirty past ten". Maybe I need to say no more.

Good management and service, very good choice in spite of the price.

Unlike many of the other hotels I've stayed in in China, the hotel staff here actually smiled often, which was surprising and delightful! Big beds and nice views make this place worth the higher price.

The view of West Lake is great, and the rooms are uber-quiet.

The best feature of this hotel by far is the room garden where you can sip on a cup of wine while enjoying the view. Also of note is the fact that the hotel serves free cocktails and snacks from 17:00 to 20:00. Quite the perk!

每次到杭州都是住这里，很喜欢周边的环境。饭后西湖边散步，还可以去旁边逛街。确实方便！

设施有待提高，服务还是不错的，周边环境还可以，相对于3000元的房价，性价比就低了些。

干净、卫生，服务员很勤快。方便，就在西湖边上，游玩、购物、公务都很方便。服务好，酒店设施也不错

订的是凯悦湖景房，前台人员小姐非常热情，到店后给免费升级到了嘉宾轩湖景房，正对着西湖的音乐喷泉，第一个惊喜。酒店的大堂十分气派，开头我以为前区是咖啡厅，后来认真看了下发觉好像是休息区，方便没在办手续的客人坐着休息，挺贴心，第二个惊喜。早餐无比的丰富，是我住过的五星酒店中感觉品种最多、最丰富的，第三个惊喜。唯一的小问题是可能八点钟时客人太多了，这时段负荷过大，有些客人需要稍微等待一会儿。总体来说非常好的酒店，下次来杭州还会选择这家。

每次出游杭州，或者商务出差，都会入住凯悦，他的嘉宾轩湖景房特赞，西湖美景饱收眼底。至尊房还有个360?全景阳台，想看哪看哪，舒服至极！酒店设施齐全，服务也不错。真的是您下榻杭州的不二选择。
