Grand Metropark Hotel

I provided credit card information to guarantee the reservation and one day before check-in my guest received a call from Ctrip to confirm the reservation.
This is really nice and deserves my praise.
Excellent living environment and I will recommend this hotel to my guest next time.

Close to the lake, so it was pleasant to take a walk in fine weather. However the hotel doesn't look like to be a five-star one, but much alike a budget one.

The room faces south and oversees the west lake, which looks very pleasant. My parents liked this very much.
The carpet was soft and comfy, but the room and bathroom not big enough. The whole floor was quiet.

Everything was just so so...I would consider a better one next time I'm in Hangzhou...

I booked rooms in this hotel for many times.
It is near the West Lake and transportations are quite convenient. Here the buffet breakfast is quite copious. Since this hotel has a long history, facilities are a little old.
Generally speaking, this hotel is good.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my visit to Hangzhou. Not bad hotel. There is a super large bed, and very comfortable, free internet. Along with the great location makes this hotel a good choice!

Negative aspects: very small bathroom, and the staff which was very young and abusive! They wanted tips at all costs. Happened to me two times with different employees!

Proximity to West Lake and good service made this one a thumbs up for me!

I thought the hotel's lobby hall to be very well designed and decorated, quite tasteful and classic. I should mention for the sake of those who appreciate a good night's sleep that the hotel is very quiet at night.

I got a great deal on an executive room with a queen-sized bed in it. The view I had of West Lake was really nice as well. For 830 RMB, how can you go wrong!?

Does anyone else love the dried radish they serve here? DE-LIC-IOUS!!!!
