Xinqiao Hotel

Generally speaking, this hotel makes me feel comfortable. Service staff are considerate. The shopping store just faces this hotel. Besides, the Hubin Park is just several-minute walk from this hotel.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, within easy access of West Lake.
Rooms are spacious. The standard bed is enough for us and 1 child. Here we also have free broadband internet and digital TVs. I reserved a place in advance at the parking lot. Breakfast deserves RMB 30.
THIS HOTEL IS A NICE CHOICE FOR THOSE TRAVELLING BY THEMSELVES.

This hotel is definitely pricey due to its location
However it looked very new on the frontage
But rooms are not very well maintained. It is about time they refurbished for the price they are charging customers.

Room service is also slow. for RMB 488 there could be better hotels around this west lake scenic area
booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via Ctrip with a rate of CNY 418, however hotel did not honor the booking online after 5 pm, was not contacted prior to room cancellation and held no responsiblity for such actions. Very unprofessional! :-(

Good location. A ten-mintutes walk from the West Lake. The bus stop is just opposite the hotel. The tour bus of the hotel was a good option. It costed two people 100 yuan to arrive at various tourist attractions such as Leifeng Pagoda and Yue Temple.

The hotel is a bit pricey, maybe because of its good location.

西湖边上的老酒店，地理位置不错，设施旧了一些，配套不全，价格偏高!

此次入住还行，因维修天线，没有电视节目。 另外，酒店没有健身房，实在有些奇怪， 四星级酒店没有健身房？酒店服务态度还是挺好的。

这家酒店唯一的美中不足就是设施比较陈旧，但是周边环境都很便利，尤其是离西湖很近，还有周边的商场衣服很好看，下次去杭州还会首选这家酒店的

酒店地理位置不错，出行比较方便，但相比于四星级酒店，价格偏高，而且酒店服务不如五星这么优秀。
