The Exeprience was very good as such. However, considering other Sheraton experiences, the service and the Buffet Dinner were not upto their standards.

Excellent location! Good value for money. Excellent reception service quality! Tourist services desk is a big bonus for foreign tourists. Breakfast service quality could be improved.

the hotel location is so nice. there is near xiangshan park and qixing park, also the center of city.
the hotel has some of nice restautants, italian,chinise or so.
i have problem of travel.
i have to negotiation with taxi driver by myself.
but my chinese is not so good.so i'm very tired.

Had no problems staying here. We were very comfortable. Deluxe room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Would stay here again. Location excellent.

Service is good, but it's a shame nothing can be seen from the window because part of the hotel is under renovation.

Personally, the service is indeed 5 star, but the facilities just so-so. Anyway, a good price value. Location is also good, near elephant trunk hill. There is a street behind the hotel with many snacks available. I just love it.

酒店位置不错 步行周围有一些美食以及商业街可以逛逛
但是可能因为酒店已经比较老的缘故 硬件设施是我目前住过的挂牌五星酒店中比较差的
入住的高雅客房卫生间没有单独的淋浴房 客房的电热水壶盖子坏了也无人更换 幸好还可以使用
酒店的大堂倒是非常大气视野很开阔
鸡肋的是房间还不含早餐 自费100元/人 有点贵了
几乎没有性价比 下次应该不会考虑入住

这个价格可以住喜来登，值得。地理位置不错。入住的朋友说酒店的设施等都满意。值得推荐。
