Shangri-La Hotel,Guilin

Stayed for 4 nights in two rooms. A large facility with impeccable service staff and high quality food offerings for breakfast and dinner buffets. Spacious rooms and wonderful views. Free internet lounge. We truly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Only negative is outdoor pool facilities. Garden areas needed a bit more care and temperature of pool was too warm. Facility is bit far from town center but taxis are readily available. A wonderful hotel with well trained staff. Will definitely stay here again.

I have two words to describe: Love it!
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Shangri-La Guilin. Excellent service, very good customer support and the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet which was humongous with a mixture of western and chinese dishes.

The location, however, is not exactly the best as it is far from everything but taxis are readily available by the hotel's door. A one way ride to the city center costs up to CNY 20.

This was my first time in Guilin and if i ever return, this is definitely where i will stay!

Location is relatively further away from tourist sites compared to Sheraton or other older hotels. Otherwise its ok.

酒店的设施不错，符合香格里拉的一贯风格。行政房一般，但行政酒廊的服务不错，非常温馨。酒店位置虽然在江边，但周围脏乱差。酒店紧挨着一个城中村，晚上出门比较恐怖。酒店的电梯不用刷卡，个人意见结合周边情况，安全很难保障，建议改进。

不错的酒店，设施齐全，服务比较好，周围风景不错，但是地理位置不算很好。自己开车的话，是理想的居住场所。

酒店的位置和设施都超好，房间家具豪华而有桂林特色，给人印象很深。但是最好的是行政酒廊的服务，非常温馨，连客人的星都能记住，感觉很温馨。我们有两天回来很晚，到达时都快下班了，但是他们都推迟了下班时间，让我们享用咖啡，完全不催促。特别是一位叫Apple的服务员，做咖啡的技术一流，连我们英国校长都赞不绝口，当然她的微笑服务就更无敌了。

每次到桂林都因为香格里拉不在市区，为了方便接待单位接送而没有入住。这次陪外方校长，所以订了香格里拉。他们喜欢得不得了。江景房风景优美，行政酒廊服务超好。以后到桂林绝对不去其它酒店了。

A very posh hotel. Very clean, excellent service. Staff speak English.

各方面都比较优秀的酒店，价格也很贵，接待高规格人群比较好，有条件的话可以住住，整体评分比较高
