Very nice Hotel, not far from the city center. Only the chinese breakfast is not to recommend for western people.

桂林比较小，所以不一定要住在中心地带。临南溪山，到榕湖打车也就9-10元。如果能接受这点的朋友，这里是个很好的选择。

Overall, this hotel is extremely awful. If you want to travel in good mood, I suggest to have to find another hotel. The staffs behaviors are so bad.. They are so unkind.I stayed over 20 hotel in China, but I have never seen this rude service. This was the first time that I was angry all day even though I stayed more than standard room with higher price. The facilities is so bad,,,If you stay this hotel, you wil not have good refrigerator and air-conditioning system. I hoped to drink cold water y but I have to buy the water everyday because of refrigerator. Hotel said that their refrigerator is only used to keep the temperature not cooling. You have to find anothe hotel if you want to travel with happy.

酒店的房间差异比较大（同样的房间有些有浴缸有些没有），入住的朋友一定要把要求提前和携程说好，不然在酒店她们会胡乱搪塞的。
前台态度不好，不过大堂经理还是不错的，
总的来说酒店还是可以的，

价钱不贵，干净企理，值得推荐，房间也比较舒服。

酒店不错，但貌似热情的工作人员背后，要当心他们温柔的一刀。代订印象刘三姐的门票要198元，比外面贵28元一张。我们当晚在门票口等了，发现自已被转卖了N次，最后一个导游来了，给我们最后仅剩的两张门票。说是订订出租车，价格确比外面贵了五十元整。看来这是他们工作人员创收的一个门 路。大家要当心

通过携程网订的酒店，入住后非常满意。房间设施齐全，卫生间比较大，免费上网。老人和孩子都很满意。

酒店总体印象很好。卫生干净，周边环境不错，服务很好。只是距离市中心有点远。

酒店设施及服务都不错，周围吃饭也方便，值得一住。
