Guilin Park Hotel

First of all they charged me more then what was agreed with the Ctrip. almost many facilities which are mentioned in the Ctrip website is not available at all. The rooms are too small and not that much Clean, Unfriendly Staff and for an small thing you have to tell them many times. No facilities were working , Like the Pool and etc, this hotel is just beautiful in the Picture but if you are there you will meet a NO MAN which if you ask him some thing you will get a big NO as answer. So I will never go there is just wasted money.

位置不错 门口有个湖 有点闹中取理你的感觉 环境很好 房间也还可以 就是大堂有点简陋

符合4星的标准，周边环境不错，推荐入驻。服务质量都还可以，房间也比较舒适，以后去还会考虑的。桂林作为一个旅游城市，希望有更多更好的酒店出现。

酒店的环境较好，就是离市中心有点远，逛街不方便。我们订的是标准房，check in 的时候免费升级到豪华房，房间很干净，好像重新装修过，还有welcome fruits,感觉很好。

服务大不如以前了。即使到了旺季，也不能服务质量急剧下降吧，几年来，出差一直住桂湖，这次太失望了！！！

我自己数次来桂林，多数都到桂湖饭店住，这次为父母预定了这家饭店，他们很满意，感觉环境优美，服务也到位，今后再去桂林，还是会住在他们家。
