Lijiang Waterfall Hotel

Lijiang Waterfall Hotel is truly 5-star rating at an affordable price. Everything about this hotel is geared toward making sure you have an enjoyable stay and successfully complete all of your holiday dreams. The staff I encountered all spoke quite a bit of English and were completely in tune with guest needs. The hotel is ideally located on the Li River adjacent to all of the local tourist attractions and shopping. I have rated it "perfect" for every category so for me that one word sums up the Lijiang Waterfall Hotel; “perfect”.

The hotel room was very big, very clean. The restaurant was not bad. Overall we were very happy, the view from from our hotel room was great.

The location is right in the commercial center. The buffet breakfast was too expensive and there were only chinese retaurants selling congee with a fishy smell in the morning...so we went to Macdonalds for breakfast.
The pedestrian mall is pretty well closed until 10 in the morning. The place is very safe for an evening walk along the river flowing rignt next to the hotel. A great river cruise departs from the dock in front of the hotel.
Great place for business or pleasure!

Its location and view deserve high marks, a short walk from many attractions and with a panoramic view of Lijiang river, Elephant Trunk Hill and a lake. Every 8 p.m., the waterfall show, tons of water cascading from the rooftop is another scene.

Its facilities fell far behind, name a few, tad hard bed and lack of soundproof.

I chose the hotel given the positive comments of other guests and its convenient location, close to the main scenic spots.

I booked a river view room and the picturesque Li River could be seen from my window. But the room was sort of stuffy and the windows could not be opened, the situation wouldn't be so bad were the air-conditioning functional. Breakfast is just so-so, lacks variety. Service is acceptable. In short, not worth the money except for the location.

酒店位置很好，就在步行街旁，但是酒店比较老了，设备陈旧，房间很小，卫生间也好小，容一个人还行，俩人就挤了。这次住大瀑布最让人伤心的就是礼宾部的旅游服务，反复欺骗蒙骗顾客，我们从酒店包车游漓江和阳朔，每人600，含车费、服务费和船票，门票另付，阳朔我们游的是遇龙河漂流和世外桃源，酒店告诉我们遇龙河门票是180，世外桃源是115，我们回来后打景点电话查询，其实遇龙河是150，世外桃源是70，既然我们的包车费用600元里已经包含了车费和酒店的服务费，而在景点的门票上酒店就不该多收我们费用，就应该按正常的票面价收我们，虽然酒店把钱退给我们了，但是心里依然不舒服，我们之前选择大瀑布，也是看点评说好，我们也是相信五星级酒店的诚信服务，才没有选择在外面找旅行社出游，没想到五星级酒店也有这样的不地道的欺骗行为！以后不会去大瀑布了！

服务好，方便，符号五星标准，二年前入住此酒店，感觉很好，这次重新光临，服务水准不变。房价略有变动820元值。
