Mandarin Hotel

I chose this hotel primarily due to its convenience to my work site, which was within walking distance.

One big drawback: the hotel overlooks an open sewer. Seriously. Even if your room doesn't face the sewer, you can't really dodge the smell when you walk outside.

Second, the rooms are hopelessly small, and have no drawers. That is NOT a typo, there is literally no drawers in the room!

The staff does not speak English, nor do they speak Cantonese. They appear to be all from Northern or Central China. If you are a foreigner visiting, this is not a good place to stay.

All in all, I will stay here again, but only because I can walk to my work site. If you don't work with me, find a better place!

Location not perfect, but the room and service were good. The air-conditioner wasn't right, it was cool at night, but hot in daytime. What a strange thing!

The hotel is far from the city center and shopping area. Tianhe Shopping Center is a 6-minute drive away. Hotel amenities and decorations were just average, not worthy of the 4-star title. Wouldn't live in this hotel anymore.

The bad: Carpet in room and corridor wasnt clean enough. The 3F experienced laud noise from the sauna center.

The good: High-speed internet accessible. And they provided afternoon tea and dessert. Overall, it was not bad.

Everything was fine. But behind my room, there was a school and it was rather noisy. Besides, the room was small too.

Very close to the Guangzhou East Railway Station, say, only 10 minutes on foot. But there was no other enterment or shopping area around, only a sauna center and nightclub on low floors.

位置出行方便的，空间可接受。作为国际饭店，细节做得不够，尤其是早餐实在不敢恭维，下次不再考虑入住。

酒店整体不错,就是周围环境有些乱,虽说算在中心城区,但应该也是老城区.房间内还算干净.

就在广州大道中，交通很方便，距离中信广场很近。
大概前一段暴雨的原因，房间里的湿度很大，被子床单湿漉漉的，跟前台说了之后，很快帮忙换了一套干的。
早餐还可以。

其实设施也都还好，但是地毯墙面都脏了，该翻修了呢。另外隔音不好，赠送的水果不让拿回房间，这个没有道理。
