The Juchunyuan Hotel (Juchunyuan Dajiudian) is located in downtown Fuzhou, about 5 kilometers from the railway station and 60 kilometers from the airport. Standing on the laurels of its 100 year history, the Juchunyuan restaurant is the hotel's main selling point and for those on a culinary quest in Fujian this is definitely the place to go.
The 12-story building covers 16, 000 square meters and its architecture is the result of a creative fusion of Chinese and Western styles.
The Juchunyuan Restaurant, set up in 1877, was the original restaurant around which the hotel was built. The restaurant is on the third floor and offers a wide range of Fujianese and Cantonese cuisine. The hotel also offers a couple of other restaurants. The Ju Xiang Yuan Buffet on the second floor offers Chinese and Western foods, while Ju Ya Tai Bar provides guests with Western dishes and drinks. For those in need of American comfort food, there is a KFC franchise fronting the hotel.
Recreational and business facilities in the hotel include conference rooms, a business center, a shopping arcade, a beauty salon and a sauna center.
