The check-in and checkout was a breeze and as it was my second stay there, the hotel has kept my personal info and my preference. I got free coupon and tried steak in the rooftop Italian restaurant and it didn't disappoint.
这次的服务很糟糕
入住这件酒店已经不下十次了，这次经历很不愉快。我早餐时不慎将房卡遗留在房间中未取出。当即致电总台并按照要求报出了姓名和身份证号码等信息，酒店前台确认无误后指示我在房间门口等待。结果我等待了近20分钟仍无人前来开门。好不容易叫来一个服务员，一脸茫然表示根本不知此事；于是又只能致电前台再次核对身份后才派人前来开门。整个过程中无任何人表示歉意。服务完全达不到五星级标准。

酒店的服务好卫生好，房间还帮我们免费升了一级，很宽敞，视野开阔，只是房间隔音不太好，从地下车库到大堂的指示标识不明显。希望改善。下次还住。
禅城最高最好的酒店
地理位置很好，交通方便，楼层高，房间的视野好，唯一的硬件缺憾就是36楼的电梯转乘，出入很不方便。

带客户去禅城出差经常入住的酒店，整体很好，唯一的缺点就是要到36楼转乘电梯，这一点真的很不方便。
温馨的酒店
每次出差都会住在这里。服务好，酒店设施齐全，餐厅提供精美食物。房间打扫的特别干净。我的其他同事也觉得这家酒店很好。
