最好的就是他们家的午茶，夜茶。很广东。KTV太吵，钢琴不让玩。。。
酒店设施良好，交通便利，周边服务网点较多，环境不错。
总台服务周到，用餐楼层等情况介绍得很清楚。房间设施较为整洁，洗刷用品齐全。房间的服务也较主动，有要求时能及时到房间办理。

每次香港朋友过来，必定安排到新湖酒店，环境一流，交通方便，服务周到！！香港的朋友都话很好！一定会继续安排朋友过来新湖！！
酒店很温馨、服务态度较好
我在网上预订了佛山南海新湖酒店后，入住该酒店，酒店周边交通较为便利，酒店的服务人员态度较好，酒店的卫生条件很好，在房间里有绿色植物，还赠送免费的水果，另外，酒店还可以为客人提供叫车服务，而且非常及时，感谢酒店为客人所做的一切。

太吵了
我们住在10楼，不知何故晚上睡觉之后，有一种嗡嗡的类似空调压缩机的声音，吵得无法入睡，调换了一次房间仍然不行，还是吵，服务倒是不错，就是太吵了
