It took an hour to check-out because the staff did not know how to use an international credit card to complete the original authorization. There was not even a word of apology and the hotel manager who came to solve the problem did not even say a single word or even looked at me. The rooms were very old and definitely needs a renovation. I even had problems opening the door as the key card system was only working occasionally. The only thing decent about the resort is that the breakfast spread has variety.

周边的环境很不错，比较静。卫生还可以，服务还可以提升一些。这次是第一次入住，以后过来还会再入住的。有朋友过来也会介绍给朋友的。

通过携程预订宾馆非常方便，价格也非常便宜。这个酒店在当地来说还算不错了，下次还回来的。

鄂州市区两家四星酒店之一，酒店所处的位置不错，周边风景不错。此次入驻安排的房间安排在湖边看到了湖，服务不错，早餐一般。最后提一下，价格也是比较吸引人的。

昨晚较晚到酒店，大堂几乎是黑的，往里探寻了半天才发现几盏昏暗的小灯，以为关档了。大着胆子进去询问才知在营业。
周围环境较好，早餐面点品种较多，还较满意。
但打电话到服务中心请第二天8点叫醒服务，但第二天没有任何回音，服务需细心。

价格还可以，设备有点旧了，不影响睡眠，酒店在单独的一个小岛上，外部环境不错，适合对设施不挑剔的人。

设施旧了点，环境很好，如果重新装修一下很适合居住，不过现在性价比也还算比较高。当年鄂州最高档的酒店呀

太老旧了，应该改造改造，环境位置还不错！
