住在里面真是不方便，出门到县城还要申请，不然还要再买门票，真没见过这样做生意的，活该冷清！

这是我住过可能最“贵”的酒店，毛巾要钱，床单要钱，一次性用品要钱，连消毒拖鞋也要钱，反正你住进去叫什么都要钱。
远远达不到五星级酒店的服务标准。
本周带小孩去死海游玩，入住本酒店硬件设施还算不错，环境卫生也相当好，但酒店前台的工作人员服务态度超级差，表情冷漠，对顾客还有点不耐烦，楼层服务人员工作效率低，前台与楼层人员之间的配合协调也很差，光查房退房就用去半小时。如果因为是周末游客多的原因，那这远远达不到一家五星级酒店的服务标准。望改进。
