The customer service at this hotel, especially in this price range was excellent. A nice room here is less then RMB 200 per night booked over the internet.

Many staff members speak excellent English and really go out of their way to provide great service.

If I'm ever in CQ again I will stay at this hotel.

This was a very nice surprise of a Hotel.
I was a bit dubious because as my taxi driver drove to the hotel, he was telling me that Nan Ji Men is where all the poor workers live and that no good hotel was there. The surrounding area is quite poor, however you are not very far from the JiefangBei District and the hotel itself is quite nice for the price range. The staff are very curtious and helpful.

虽然不够4星，但价格便宜，也算物有所值。自己消费划得来。周边可以体验重庆市民的生活。有很多吃的物美价廉。就是不好打的。

还可以，就是设施有些陈旧，周边环境不太好。离朝天门码头和解放碑不远，总体感觉一般。

在携程订的酒店，绝对超值！房间冷气不是很足，18楼娱乐城在装修，20楼是茶座可以喝朋友喝茶聊天，打打斗地主。请大家记住这是200多元的4星酒店呀！

酒店裝修標準不錯，酒店設備設施配置也很到位，就是交通不太方便，周邊環境比較差，影響了酒店的社會美譽度和入住率。

酒店位置较偏，周边环境用“极差”来形容也不为过。离解放碑大概10分钟的上坡路，两旁都是等待拆迁的旧房子。酒店内部装修尚可，但是年代也比较久远了。网速也不是很快。早餐品种不多。自驾的可以在对面的一个临时停车场免费停车，由宾馆出具停车证明。

设施旧，网速慢，早餐差，卫生也不好，是我住过性价比最差的酒店！
