Chongqing Carlton Hotel

Good facitities and met expectations as advertised. Staff english limited. Minor problem encountered at checkout with misunderstanding as to payment method, probably due to staff's limited english. However, resolution was amiable and hotel was accommodating. Definitely would recommend stay.

I always stay at Carlton Hotel whenever in Chongqing. Well-equipped and high quality service.
My stay at Hilton is not as comfortable as that in Carlton, even though Hilton offers nice service.
Maybe because Carlton staff are quite considerate, especially the vice manager at the lobby who is very professional. Once when he knew I didn’t smoke, he arranged me a room on the non-smoking floor, which was quite nice of him.

I stayed at Chongqing Carlton for my business trip over the past two years, and will still stay here in the future. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, yet the price was very affordable (cheaper than the neighboring Sofitel, also less luxury feeling). Good value for sure.

The hotel's also close to the food street, great vantage to relish Chongqing delicacies during the leisure.

五星级的大气的酒店，大堂感觉不错，房间内部设施一般，周边离饮食一条街比较近，重庆美食确实不错。

酒店不在市中心一样
也感觉比较老了，周围没什么吃的好像，要走一段路，酒店在附近也算是好的了，其他没什么选择，新的也没造好，只能选这家了。随便住住吧，老酒店好像都是房间灯光灰灰暗暗的

酒店距离成渝高速路很近，而且附近的就是会展中心，周边的吃的也挺多，关键是在出行非常方便，而且房间很安静

前几次去重庆出差，多半选择解放碑，但是由于带有NHK频道的酒店多半都是五星级，价格多超过千元，因此选择四星级较多，但是由于不带有NHK频道，日本客人不是特别满意。此次选择这里，得到日本客人的高度评价，总体来说下次还会选择这里，

外国客人比较满意，在重庆找了很久带有NHK频道的酒店，市内价格5星级都超千元以上，找到这个价廉物美的
无星级酒店，能得到国外客人的评价实属不易，下次还会入住。

每次都住在这里，主要是交通比较方便。
这次入住感觉到前台的服务速度非常慢，并不是说以前比较快，只是这次特别地慢

酒店交通便利，出行方便，服务周到，设施齐全。早餐很好吃。经常入住该酒店，今后还会介绍给其他朋友。
