Chose this hotel as a second choice as the hotel of our first choice was full. We wanted to be close to the airport as we had to rise at 4 a.m. and catch a 7:10 a.m. flight to JiuZhaiGou. It was advertised as 20 mins to the airport but actually took us 30 mins. The hotel of our first choice was only 5 mins away and 5 star too. Nevertheless service here was great. Check out was fast and smooth. Reception asked if we needed them to hold our luggage till after our trip but we were staying at a different hotel closer to the Pandas upon our return. The extra bed was delivered promptly (although they should have done it beforehand as this was requested during booking) and very comfortable. Weird thing is the see through glass between shower/bath and bedroom which can be covered by an electric blind. This has to be down anyway to prevent light from filtering into the bedroom when someone uses the toilet at night. Stay was too brief to fully use the facilities. Starbucks is just next door. Neither close to the airport or centre of town. Stay here if you have other specific reasons. |
