Tianfu Sunshine Hotel

My family lived in Tianfu Sunshine Hotel started from 7-May this year, and had left with a very nice impression. At first we had a little misunderstanding with the hotel, and fortunately Ctrip well solved the problem for us. The hotel was very polite and patient while dealing with the problem and we were all very satisfied. One thing that should never be forgot to mention is: On 12-May, the earthquake day, the hotel took out a series of effectual emergency steps to take care of its guests, which was really warm and touching. Great thanks!

Tianfu Sunshine offers reasonable price, with quite nice facilities and service. We all like it a lot. The staff there are very polite too. Only problem is that the breakfast offered there was a bit poor.

The exterior of the building is very unattractive. However, the room turns out to be very good. I caught a cold that day, and the front desk called the doctor for me immediately, which was really considerate. And it is really quiet at night. Overall the hotel is a nice choice for me, no regrets.

The hotel is nicely located, very close to Chunxi Lu, that is, only RMB 6 by taxi to get there. The queen room is nice too, especially the broadband, which is really fast. By the way, I like the breakfast there quite a lot.

住过几次了，房间虽小，但配套很全，住着很舒服

酒店在装修，整体感觉不是很好，入口太小不够气派，设备和餐饮等与价钱不太匹配，不过服务态度还是很好的，希望装修好后真的会有一个全新的面貌和服务。

虽然不是连锁酒店，但是装修还是比较考究的

服务好，交通方便，周边小吃干净诱人，多选择。尽管最近在装修门面，每次还是愿意入住。只是这次入住感觉空调的风太大了，坐在电脑边，风直接对着吹。

到前台check in, 距离五六米呢，接待就准确地称呼出我的姓氏，让我由衷赞叹。试问当今中国有几家五星级酒店能做得到？天府阳光这家四星级酒店却做到了。这是一家以服务细致入微而取胜的好酒店。望保持！
