实在不像四星酒店
不知道酒店怎么评的四星。整个感觉陈旧和脏，屋子里通风不好，有异味。餐厅基本不能用，申请的大床房也不给提供。要求尽量靠近电梯，结果是最远的一间，不知道怎么回事！再也不会去了。

不错的酒店
在承德应该算是比较好的酒店，房间设施虽有些旧但是比较干净整洁，现在酒店正在装修，估计以后会更好。送的早餐也还不错，算的上丰盛。送了两个露露，感觉比较温馨。

是目前我在承德住过的最好的酒店。服务态度很赞。如果在其他地方也就是个普通的四星吧，但是跟承德其他的四星酒店相比已经很赞啦。另外在承德住店期望千万别太高。
第一次去承德，听说是当地最好的酒店，住过果然不错，服务很热情认真，由于开业时间久了酒店有一些陈旧，但是酒店正在装修，所以暑假就会好了。唯一问题是旅游旺季价格很高，现在淡季还可以勉强接受，暑期去承德只好换一家试一试了。
