在承德性价比最高的酒店，相对其他酒店，文冠环境最好，紧挨景区，价格在承德普遍较高的房价中，相对较合理，极力推荐！
基本满意
订的378的标间，中规中矩的老店。装修比较早，地毯上得斑迹已经清洗不出来，但卫生打扫得还是不错。不得不提房间里的免费茉莉茶包，实在是太对不起观众了，强建改善。
有特色，就是位置有点不方便
客房床单什么的还可以，挺干净。但交通不是太方便。

房间宽敞，风景优美，适合开车出行的朋友，赏承德风景。
环境优美的酒店
酒店在半山腰上，秋景正好的时候入住的，酒店周围的美景尽收眼底，赞！可惜对酒店本身没有太多的印象，但冲这美景也值得再次入住。
比想象的好
酒店位置和住宿条件非常不错，服务员态度也不错，强力推荐。
相当一般的酒店，性价比不值
十一黄金周入住，前台居然没有免费的当地导游图，需花8元买，其实街上也有卖的。688元一间的标准间伸，实在是不值，在北京这样的店连星都评不上的，价格太贵了。由于餐厅接待能力有限，入住后两餐都未能在酒店用餐。早餐还可以。入住的是个景区，也就是一般的小山，半山腰有些空心佛像，但凭房卡可免门票。承德去一次够了。
皇帝的女儿不愁嫁！！！
国家级四星级。房间内设施不如二星！壁纸卷起、纱窗框脱落。前台女服务生谎话连篇！（有分体空调机却无开关？问她们回答是刚装好，还没有用过。中央空调也不能用。） 此事只能是酒店管理层的问题。皇帝的女儿不愁嫁！因为十月前房间不够用的！！！我有照片为证！
