very nice hotel in changsha, most is quite comfortable. heat in room was too high and hotel not willing to change. open window and noise too loud even with high floor room

The hotel was recently refurbished and the room was fine. Service was great too; I got a lot of help from the front desk. But problem was I was waken up by the noise from the stairs above at eight in the morning. Outrageous! And what's more, something in the room was out of work.
