Redbuds Hotel

I think the RedBuds was probably one of Changchun's best hotels 10 or 15 years ago. But now the hotel and the hotel rooms are in serious need of renovation. My room was very old, dusty, and dirty. I asked for more pillows, but the hotel said they didn't have any more. I asked for help with the temperature (it was actually too hot in the winter), but they said it could not be adjusted. The indoor pool is not heated (although they say it is), the breakfast buffet ran out of bread, milk, and fruit -- every morning -- and the other dishes were not replenished. The front desk workers are efficient, but the dining workers, doormen, and other workers need five-star training if this hotel wants to continue to promote it's status. My advice? Choose another hotel.

My flight was delayed and I managed to keep my room till 22:00. Service was very good, stuff polite. Room facilities completed. My complaint was there was much standing water in bathroom, and the furniture a bit worn.
I strongly recommand the breakfast, very tasty and have many choices.
Would stay here next time.

Amenities were okay, but the services were far behind five-star quality, even worse than three-star standard!
We reserved five rooms which were to be offered fruits, whereas in the end only one room got fruits. I called but the staff didn't even know the thing. The manager was okay.

The hotel is old and should be refurbished...but it seems there are not many nice hotels in Changchun...this one is okay, conveniently located and services just ordinary..

作为一家五星级饭店，价格不贵，虽然房间没有五星级的好，床小了点，而且设施有点旧了。

不过性价比算是比较高的。

住过很多次了，肯定还会继续住的。

酒店就在人民大街上交通管理比较严,早餐我觉得和好,房间布置一般,卫生间返味很糟糕.

酒店地理位置比较好，酒店大厅非常气派，客房马马虎虎，早餐品种太少了，价格有一些小高（价格和早餐品种不成对比），服务员对客人不是很热情，总之，我肯定不会在去了！

原来在工大读书，对这个地区本来就比较熟悉。条件可以，比较适合商务，不过长春打车实在不方便。

还可以，整体感觉还不错，就是设施有些陈旧。服务态度很好，周边环境也很好，交通便利。价格稍微高些。

五星级的标准，但是房内设施稍显陈旧，可能是装修时间较长吧，客房服务不错。这次给领导安排，领导比较满意，中规中矩吧总体。
