Kerry Hotel, Beijing

All around a great hotel; I went on a week vacation with my family and we had a great time at this hotel. We all agreed that the location is what made this hotel shine. In walking distance from the Silk Market (about 10 to 15 minutes), the Shangri-La is in one of Beijing’s foremost tourism hotspots.

To start off the rooms were a decent size and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. All other amenities such as the usual desk, TV and coffee table came standard. What impressed me the most was the setup of the bathroom. The towels were warm and absorbent and the mirror was heated, which kept it from fogging up when you take a shower.

The Shangri-La staff all were very courteous and made sure your requests were met without delay. The reception desk staff were also very helpful as well. Whenever we needed directions, they always were more than happy to write down the address in Chinese and provide you with a map. On top of this they even gave us estimates on how much the taxi ride to our destination would cost.

Both the location and the warm atmosphere of the hotel make the Shangri-La a top-rate choice if you are set on touring Beijing with 5 star accommodations.

Room are spacious & clean. The Staff are really helpful & most of them can speak english. To get to the subway took around 7-8 mins.

Most of my time where out sightseeing & shopping so I didn't get a chance to use their facilities.

客户就在旁边的商务楼里，酒店位置好，交通也方便，出差经常选择入住这家，以后还会继续。

新装修后重新营业。硬件设施是没得说的，各项服务也有很大的提高。很不错的酒店，以后去北京办事还会预订入住。

价格比较高的，总算各方面都不错，去之前联系礼宾部安排火车票之类的，也做的又快又好，很满意，下次还会去

和高昂的房价相比，这家酒店的确性价比很低，房间一般般，大堂消费不低，还有很吵的装修声音，吵得客户无法休息好。前台预定的大床房不给保留，几经争取才得到几间。入住时还查不到客人的名字。整体不满意，不会再去了。

出差经常住那丽，方便也够档次，推荐入住，下次还去。

As usual, no problems with this hotel. The staff and service is good, the rooms are very good. The only downside is that there aren''t many things to do near the hotel. There is a definite lack of good food outlets around. For food, nearest will be to take a taxi ride 5 minutes to SanLiTun.

朋友去北京出差，替她代订的酒店。反馈的结果不错，就在国贸附近，交通很方便，又是商务区。酒店的硬件设施和工作人员的服务态度都很好。
