Everything about our stay here was perfect!!
It started with being picked up at the airport by the air-conditioned Audi with cold water and an English-language newspaper. The room was perfect - it overlooked the courtyard and the furnishings luxurious. The king bed was perhaps the most comfortable one I have ever slept in!!
We rented a car and driver from the hotel for a trip to see the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs and, when we had time left after seeing them Ernie (our driver) drove us around Beijing to show us the Olympic park. The breakfasts and other meals in the restaurant were delicious. I even tried the crocodile!! The rooms were kept spotless and the wireless internet reception was excellent.
When we left, we forgot something in our room ... they phoned the taxi and we arranged for them to send it to us in Qingdao - they even sent it express!!
The only thing that I would change would be if they offered return service to the Airport rather than having to cab it. |
