A large and modern hotel, relatively centrally located, about 15 minutes from the subway and about 30 min. to the airport in a taxi in light traffic. The service is definitely below five-star levels. Check-in was quick and efficient, which I appreciated, but the breakfast buffet left something to be desired--a pretty typical Asian hotel standard, despite the kind of half-hearted attempt to provide Western food (eggs, sausages, ham). Recommend getting out of the hotel to eat in general, as dinner was just average. The fitness facilities and pool were about average for this type of Asian hotel. The bar and billiards tables were a big disappointment, with below-average service.
The various room types all end up looking the same, with rather non-descript furniture, small TVs, tiny bathrooms and, worst of all, unadjustable thermostats--I guess the hotel somehow decides whether you're warm or cool enough.
The beds were big enough but the sheets could use a lot less starch.
