the level of the hotel is good...great environment..meals are a bit expensive, and water in hotspring is not that hot..

nice service~I think other star-level hotels should learn something from them~hotspring is okay~

I'll choose this hotel again if there be business activities, meetings or something~Maybe I'll go again in autumn when it's the blossom season of Lu flower~

本来准备住两夜，后来发现一天也够了。这个酒店环境一流，但是设施比较旧了，而且房间偏小。服务尚可。

酒店环境不错、服务尚可，有待提高服务质量，尤其是前台个别的接待员，好像业务不太熟悉似的，给客人一种大众旅店服务员的感觉。不能一棒子打倒一片，可能是我点正，遇见一个“个例”吧。。。。希望酒店方能加强员工业务技能和待客方面的培训。
